TRAINING SESSIONS

We offer a comprehensive range of exercises, lessons and different ways to learn and improve your kickboxing techniques in our training sessions. 

There are three types of sessions: General fitness, Sparring and Advanced Sparring, and like a buffet, you can pick and choose to attend the sessions that are more suitable to your kickboxing goals and needs!

Whether you are looking to burn off some calories, tone those sexy muscles or fight like a champion, we've got you covered!

General Fitness 

Gym 2 (1st floor), St Leonards Land

  • Wednesday 20:30 - 22:00

  • Friday 17:00 - 18:45

Recommended for all levels ​and experiences

 

General Fitness sessions begin with a brief warm up designed to prepare you for the session and improve your fitness condition.

This is followed by a series of guided pad work which allows you to become familiar with a range of kickboxing moves. You will learn a number of different punching and kicking techniques as well as several defensive manoeuvre.

 

For these sessions, members will be working in pairs or threes. If you don’t already have a partner-- don't worry! You will be matched up with somebody at the session (and everyone has a friendly face).

Sparring 

Gym 2 (1st floor), St Leonards Land

  • Monday 17:00 - 19:00 

Recommended for all levels and experiences

 

Sparring sessions begin with warm up exercises designed to prepare you for the session and improve your fitness condition.

Throughout the session you will be learning and practicing basic sparring techniques with different sparring partners. 

Equipment

Optional

  • footguard*

Advanced Sparring 

Dance Studio (4th floor), St Leonards Land

 

  • Saturday 14:00 - 16:00

 

Recommended for members with a basic level of training, especially those who are (or interested in) competing in kickboxing.

 

 

These sessions are designed for members who have some kickboxing experience and/or those who are seeking to compete in a kickboxing fight.

Advanced Sparring sessions are longer and more intensive than other session types. There will be a combination of condition training, advance techniques practices, sparring and fight simulations with different sparring partners.
